The research vessel Nautical Geo, in south of Cyprus, is re-routing off The Coast of Cyprus in order to continue its research on the study for the construction of the East Med pipeline.
Navtex, issued last night, announces the conduct of investigations within the Cyprus EEZ from 21 to 23 October, in the area southeast of Limassol.
It is noted that the research vessel had remained for days at the anchorage of Larnaka,
With this move, Nicosia is “testing the waters”, Ankara, invoking the rights of Turkish Cypriots, insists on the cessation of all activity in the Cyprus EEZ, considering that for any action there should be the permission and consent of the TRNC.
