Police chase like in the films in downtown Limassol today,
police pursued a driver driving a stolen vehicle. According to police, it all started when members of the Force noticed a stolen vehicle moving in the area and alerted the driver to stop.
The driver, when he realized the presence of the police officers did not obey their instructions and fled. The result was an epic chase on the city’s main streets. Police eventually managed to stop the vehicle near the intersection of Mesa Neighborhood on the main road when the patrol hit the stolen vehicle.
The man, known to the authorities was taken to St. John’s Police Station for questioning and further investigation.
