Just before 12:00 on Friday a tanker hit a driver of another car.
The victim had broken down and pulled over to the hard shoulder on the Limassol – Nocosia highway near the village of Moni, and had stepped out if the car.
Police and ambulance rushed to the scene and the driver of the car was taken to hospital to be treated.
