EuroMillions rolls over for 18th time as jackpot nears £167m limit

No one matched the numbers on Friday night so there will be another rollover before Tuesday’s draw.

The longest-ever rollover streak on the EuroMillions has continued, with the total now close to the jackpot cap.

No one on Friday matched the winning numbers of 8, 21, 25, 38 or 50, or the lucky star numbers of 4 and 8 – with the total now nearing £167m.

That is the maximum that can be won and Camelot expects that total – €190m euros – to be reached on Tuesday.

No one has scooped the top prize for 18 games in a row.

The National Lottery’s Andy Carter said: “The EuroMillions jackpot rolls on to Tuesday night [when] a huge £167 million jackpot is up for grabs. Players are urged to get their tickets early to be in with a chance of banking a life-changing prize.

“Now it’s at the maximum, any money that would have gone into boosting the jackpot will be shared among players in the next prize tier with winners.

“This means the draw could make lots of multimillionaires, probably for players matching five main numbers and just one Lucky Star.”
