Level 2 :7 negative Antigen or PCR test every 7 days (75-499/100000 people in 14 days)

ADAPASS
Adapass is the system that will electronically question the testing and vaccination status of the persons who will enter the enterprises determined by the Upper Committee of Infectious Diseases. The criteria determined by the Upper Committee of Infectious Diseases will be integrated into the relevant system. Before entering the designated venues/activities/sectors/activities, the persons will be questioned according to the adapass system. If the necessary vaccination certificate and PCR tests are sufficient for the places/activities/sectors according to the rules determined and installed in Adapass, entry approval is given.
In order to question the people who will participate in the venue/sector/activity/activities, adapass has started the pilot application within the borders of Nicosia district and this application will be used in all districts as of 06.09.2021.
After registeringadapass.gov.ct.tr/company/register, the application will be opened with the e-mail address of the enterprise and the password to be transmitted to them via SMS.
The following places/sectors/activities/activities/activities that do not register must be registered on the adapass.gov.ct.tr/company/register site.

TABLE: TESTS INDUSTRY WORKERS SHOULD DO
It is mandatory to wear masks in all indoor and outdoor areas and to comply with the social distancing rule. One person will be taken to the closed areas every 3 m2 and one person per 2 m2 to the open areas.
All enterprises will arrange the total number of customers and employees to be 1 person per 3 m2. In order to maintain social distancing, these enterprises have to put the m2 areas and the plate indicated how many people can be in the enterprise at a time, including the employee, at the entrances of the enterprise and mark the places accordingly. In addition, hygiene and disinfection conditions must be applied both inside the workplace and at the entrances and exits, and it is the responsibility of the workplace to take and implement these measures.
According to the above criteria, people who need to enter quarantine will be able to spend their quarantine periods at home at the specified residence addresses according to the country they come from with a wristband, provided that they show a residence address in our country and download the “Stay Safe Application” to the country. They will go to the residence addresses they have committed to in order to pass the quarantine periods either alone with their own vehicles or accompanied by a driver or by public transport, taxis and tourist vans determined by the Ministry of Finance.
People over the age of 65 and those who go abroad with the board for health reasons will be able to download the “Stay Safe Application” upon arrival in the country. Children under the age of 12 will not be fitted with wristbands.
They will remain in central quarantine according to the country color codes (5-14 days) in the designated central quarantine hotels that do not have the above-mentioned rules, do not have a residence address in our country.

People who have contact with the Covid-19 positive person requiring quarantine will be subject to quarantine. EDUCATION
Schools are an important part of children and society and their continuity is of great importance. Closing schools can only be considered in cases where community transmission cannot be contained. When national publications and guidelines on education are examined around the world, it has been observed that schools do not constitute a center for public transmission and do not increase the risk of transmission in the country. When the studies and guidelines were examined, it was deemed appropriate to open the special education, preschool, primary and secondary education 2021-2022 Academic Year full-time within the scope of the following measures.
Each school is obliged to create a School Pandemic Board. This board will work in coordination with the Ministry of Health and will consist of at least 2 people. (2 persons up to 250 students, +1 person for every 250 students) The contact information of the responsible board must be forwarded to the Ministry of Health.
The Upper Board of Infectious Diseases will hold situation valuation meetings at least once a month with the representatives of the Pandemic Board determined by the Ministry of National Education and Culture.
Transportation
Students, drivers and supervisors will wear masks on school buses.
Hand disinfection will be available at the entrances to the school buses.
Supervisors on school buses will question students about symptoms, and students with symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, etc. will not be allowed on the bus.
School pandemic boards will be responsible for the disinfection of transport vehicles and the monitoring and supervision of other transportation-related measures.
Students taken to school buses will be seated in the same seat every day on public transport.
Mask
All school employees (including transport staff) must wear masks.
Students aged 6 years and over will be required to wear masks. Students between the ages of 2 and 6 are advised to wear masks in the classroom and indoors.
Training on the use of masks will be given by the School Pandemic Boards.
Students wearing fabric masks are required to wash their masks daily.
Ins and Outs

It has been deemed appropriate to carry out the national/international exams to be held in our country within the scope of the following conditions.

ART
Theatre/concert/exhibition works/rehearsals of professional artists will be held with a maximum of one third of the halls full. People who work in these sectors are required to wear masks. Social distancing on the left, the mask rule will be observed.

TRANSPORTATION
Public transportation between districts and districts will be possible in all our districts. TOURISM

People who are scheduled to go from quarantine hotels to IVF Centers for treatment purposes will be taken from the quarantine hotel for 3-4 hours with negative PCR or antigen test results performed in the last 72 hours and left to the quarantine hotel again after treatment. The responsibility of the person taken from the quarantine hotel will be entirely the responsibility of the Responsible Manager of the IVF Center. The commitment form prepared for each person to be taken from quarantine hotels and taken to the IVF center will be signed by the Responsible Manager and these forms will be submitted to the Coordination Board of the Ministry of Health when applying for a treatment permit.

EK-1 Rules to Follow in Swimming Pools in Open Areas
Pool water chlorine level and pH should be ensured to comply with the levels specified in the “Regulation on The Health Principles to be Subjected to Swimming Pools”, measured periodically and recorded. It is recommended to chlorinate the pools at the highest possible value.
Studies should be carried out to keep the chlorine level at an appropriate value during the hours of high temperature, when the chlorine level is likely to decrease.
Those who have symptoms such as cough, runny nose and shortness of breath at the entrance to the pool area cannot use the pool.
A personnel responsible for the operation of the pools is determined.
The capacity of the pool areas is determined to be one person per 5 square meters.
The social distance within the pool area is 1.5 meters. The distance between the relaxation chairs and sun loungers should also be at least 1.5 meters.
In order to prevent overcrowding in these areas, pool capacity information is posted at the field entrance. A simple stimulus/blocker is put in place to prevent entry.

PROCESS OF THE DURATION
1- The person is informed that the test is positive by calling the staff of the Ministry of Health
