• If the individuals receive two doses of the aforementioned vaccines with different vaccines, they will be considered as vaccinated persons.
• People who have had Covid19 disease and have received 1 dose of the vaccine will be considered as vaccinated persons.

• Person who has had the disease: Presenting a positive PCR test result between 30-180 days before travel. They will be evaluated under the vaccinatedperson.

• Children under the age of 18 will be able to enter the country in accordance with the specified PCR test rules (children over the age of 6) according to the country category they have come to with their parents who have been vaccinated and have had the disease as described above.

• Passengers will be assessed according to the country in the highest risk group among the countries they have set foot in in the last 10 days.

ISLAND IN-ISLAND BORDER CROSSING RULES

2. As a result of the evaluation of the epidemiological situation within the island, Level 2 rules will be applied for crossings.

• Level 1: No tests, no restrictions (074/100000 people in 14 days)

Level 2:No tests for vaccinated persons, unvaccinated people 72 hours negative Antigen or PCR test (75-499/100000 people in 14 days)

Unvaccinated students under the age of 18 and residents of Kato Pyrgos will be able to pass a 7-day rapid negative antigen test or PCR test.

• Level 3: Double-vaccinated persons with EMA-approved vaccines as well as Sinovac, Sinopharm or Sputnik vaccines (Johnson&Johnson is 1. Dose vaccine), 14 days after the last dose vaccines, they can pass a 7-day negative rapid antigen test or PCR test.

” Unvaccinated people can pass a 72-hour negative rapid antigen test or PCR test (including unvaccinated workers and health care workers).

However, unvaccinated high school students and residents of Kato Pyrgos will be able to pass a 7-day rapid negative antigen test or PCR test. (500/100000 people in 14 days)

*People who request to come to our country from Orange-Green Color Category Countries via Cyprus will be processed according to the country entry criteria specified in article “1 B” above. However, if the PEOPLE coming to our country from orange color category countries cannot present the last 72 hours of PCR test, they will be able to enter our country provided that they have a Covid-19 test at the land border crossings.

*People who come from orange-green color category countries and stay in Cyprus for more than 10 days will be processed under the rules of Intra-Island Border Crossings if they request to cross into our country.

* If the persons who come to Cyprus are in Cyprus for 10 days, they will have an intra-island border crossing rule, except for dark red countries.

* During the tourist tours to be organized by bus from Cyprus, unvaccinated tourists from the orange country will be able to make a daily pass provided that they present negative PCR/antigen tests made in the last 72 hours.

ADAPASS (LAST 72 HOURS COVİD-19 TEST RESULT INQUIRY OF PERSONS WITH OR WITHOUT OVERDOSES)

3. Adapass inquiry of persons who will enter the venue/sector/activities/activities will be used in all districts.

After registering adapass.gov.ct.tr/company/register,the application will be opened with the e-mail address of the enterprise and the password to be transmitted to them via SMS.

The following places/sectors/activities/activities/activitiesthat do not register must be registered on the adapass.gov.ct.tr/company/register site.

THE FAMILY AND PCR CRITERORS TO BE CHECKED ON THE ADAPASS SYSTEM OF THE PERSONS ENTERING THE VENUE/SECTOR/ACTIVITY/EVENTS ARE SHOWN IN THE TABLE BELOW.

• ADAPASS (LAST 72 HOURS COVİD-19 TEST) INQUIRY IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CLOSED AREAS
• PEOPLE WHO DO NOT COMPLETE THE OVERDOSE SERIES WILL NOT ENTER CASİNO, BAR/CLUB, CLOSED FINANCE HALLS, STADIUMS, INDOOR TEAM SPORTS AND NIGHTCLUBS.
• Adapass inquiry is mandatory for 12 years and older and should be done together with the ID card.
• Adapass inquiry for ages 12-18 can be done with Adapass card, vaccination card and test result certificate.
• They must have an authorized person in order to carry out active control of Adapass inquiries at the entrances of the venues/sectors/activities/activities mentioned in the table above.

4. Vaccinated persons operating in our country and working in the following sectors will repeat their antigen tests every 21 days and unvaccinated people every 7 days.

Note: School employees and special education center employees will continue to repeat antigen tests every 7 days if they are vaccinated every 14 days.

5. In all enterprises, one person will be taken in closed areas, one person per 3 m2. In order to maintain social distancing, these enterprises have to put the m2 areas and the plate indicated how many people can be in the enterprise at a time, including the employee, at the entrances of the enterprise and mark the places accordingly. Hygiene and disinfection conditions must be applied both inside the workplace and at the entrances and exits. It is the responsibility of the workplaces to take and implement the specified measures. In open areas, one person will be taken every 2 m2. It is mandatory to wear masks in all indoor and outdoor areas and to comply with the social distancing rule.
6. Covid-19 positive persons and persons who have contact as specified in Annex 3 will be subject to quarantine. Isolation periods will be terminated if the PCR test result to be taken from unvaccinated contacts at the end of 10 days and from people with double vaccinations at the end of 7 days is negative. The process of quarantine with the wristband of contact persons will be determined by the contact team depending on the conditions specified in Annex 3. Persons who do not have a contact record in the contact tracking unit’s database will not be legally considered in contact and thus no official document will be issued to them that they have been in contact.

Covid-19 positive persons will be able to spend the quarantine process with their wristband at home, depending on the conditions specified in Annex 4, if deemed appropriate.

PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION RULES

7. When the studies and guidelines were examined, it was deemed appropriate to open the special education, preschool, primary and secondary education 2021-2022 Academic Year full-time within the scope of the following measures.

Each school is obliged to create a “School Pandemic Board”. This board will work in coordination with the Ministry of Health and will consist of at least 2 people. (2 persons up to 250 students, +1 person for every 250 students) The contact information of the responsible board must be forwarded to the Ministry of Health.

The Upper Board of Infectious Diseases will hold situation evaluation meetings at least once a month with the representatives of the Pandemic Board determined by the Ministry of National Education and Culture.

1. Transportation

• Students, drivers and supervisors will wear masks on school buses.
• Hand disinfection will be available at the entrances to the school buses.
• Supervisors on school buses will question students about symptoms, and students with symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, etc. will not be allowed on the bus.
• School pandemic boards will be responsible for the disinfection of transport vehicles and the monitoring and supervision of other transportation-related measures.
• Students taken to school buses will be seated in the same seat every day on public transport.
• Transportation companies and pandemic boards will be responsible for the implementation of these rules.

2. Mask

• All school employees (including transport staff) must wear masks.
• students aged 6 years and over will be required to wear masks. students between the ages of 26 are advised to wear masks in the classroom and indoors.
• Training on the use of masks will be given by the School Pandemic Boards.
• Students wearing fabric masks are required to wash their masks daily.

3. Ins and Outs

• In order to avoid density at the entrances and exits of the school, officials will be determined by the school administration or the School Pandemic Boards. Entrances and exits will be provided by observing social distancing.

4. Class

• Students aged 6 years and over working in the classroom are required to wear masks. Students between the ages of 26 are advised to wear masks.
• Social distancing should be maintained within the classroom (especially in student classes between the ages of 26) as much as possible
• It is necessary to ventilate the classrooms and observe the rules of disinfection.
• Classroom teachers question students about symptoms at classroom entrances, including fever, cough, sore throat, etc. Students with symptoms will send them home.

5. Disinfection

• Training on hand disinfection will be given by the School Pandemic Boards.
• Hand sanitizer should be placed where the school administration deems appropriate. (canteen, dining hall, etc.)
• Disinfection procedures specified in the booklet prepared by the Ministry of National Education and Culture must be observed.
• Disinfection within the school will be supervised by the School Pandemic Boards.

6. Break

• In order to prevent congestion during recess, classes should be alternately recessed.
• In order to prevent congestion in the canteens, the necessary arrangements must be made by the school administration.
• In order to prevent congestion in the cafeterias, classes should alternately go between meals.

7. Common Areas

• Toilets in the school will be disinfected frequently.
• In the teachers’ room, which is used as a common area, masks will be worn continuously and the social distancing rule will be observed.
• The teachers’ room, which is used as a common area, needs to be ventilated and disinfected frequently.
• School Pandemic Boards will be responsible for the supervision of common areas within the school.

8. Events

• In case of mass activity within the school, mask and social distancing rules will be observed. These activities will be carried out by minimizing inter-class interaction.

• Disease

• Parents should be warned not to send children with symptoms such as cough, taste loss of smell, sore throat, etc. to school.

10. Covid-19 Positive Patient and Contact

• The follow-up of Covid19 positive patients and contacts will be managed in consultation with the School Pandemic Boards and the Contact Team of the Ministry of Health created in each school.

11. Tests

• People who attend the school will repeat their antigen tests every 14 days if they are vaccinated (for screening purposes) and every 7 days if they are unvaccinated.
• Screening tests are not mandatory for elementary and preschool students. However, a parent who lives in the same house as these students will be asked to test for antigen every 21 days if they are vaccinated, and every 7 days if they are unvaccinated.
• From 6th grade (6th grade. Students will repeat their antigen tests every 7 days.
• School employees and students will be randomized tests by the Ministry of Health.

The rules applied to the workplaces where they will study will also apply to apprentice students.

8. Higher Education Institutions will be opened within the framework of the plan and program to be made by the Ministry of National Education and Culture. Each university will form its own School Pandemic Board. Students coming from abroad will be able to enter according to the specified country entry criteria.

Higher Education Institutions will create Pandemic Commissions. These commissions will create and implement a pandemic action plan within the framework of the criteria set by the Ministry of National Education and Culture, provided that mask, distance and hygiene rules are taken into account.

People from dark red countries who will present a student certificate to be notified by the Ministry of National Education and Culture or register new students will be able to enter the country provided that they remain in quarantine for 14 days.

9. It has been deemed appropriate to carry out the national/international exams to be held in our country within the scope of the following conditions.

-The people who will take the exam and the supervisors have the results of antigen tests carried out in the last 72 hours,

– Keeping doors and windows open continuously for the purpose of ventilation the exam area,

– Use personal protective equipment of the persons who will enter the exam area during the exam,

-Arrangement of tables in the exam area in accordance with social distancing rules

-It was deemed appropriate to do so with the condition that disinfectant was placed at the entrance to the exam area.

10. Positive Case and Contact Protocol of Schools

• There will be a symptom inquiry before leaving the house, getting on the bus and entering the school. Those who show symptoms (Teacher, employee or student) will not be admitted to the school. He’ll be directed to do tests.
• If a student shows symptoms in the classroom, the student will be directed to take tests. If the test results are negative, he’ll go back to school.
• If the student’s test result is positive; all students in the class and teachers who enter that class are sent home on the same day, if possible, if not the next day, to have a PCR test scan and to be isolated at home until the test results are known. The school pandemic board will forward the class list to its contact team.
• School pandemic boards, administrators and principals do not have the authority to close classes.
• As a result of this scan in the classroom, if 3 or more people from the same class test positive for PCR, the rest of the class will be considered close contact and if vaccinated, they will be isolated at home for 7 days, or 10 days if they are vaccinated. The education of the students will continue in the form of distance education during the period of close contact.
• At the end of the 710-day isolation period, students will be able to return to school with a negative PCR test result. In this process, individuals cannot decide whether they are in close or distant contact. The Ministry of Health CONTACT FOLLOW-UP UNIT will decide on the case of close contact or contact and the class will be notified through the school administration or school pandemic boards in accordance with the decision to be made.
• If fewer than 3 people in the classroom tested positive for PCR at the end of the screening, positive persons and close contacts determined by the Contact Monitoring Unit will continue their education in the school by wearing the remaining class masks to be sent to isolation and not contacting other classes.
• If the teacher’s PCR test is positive, people with close contacts determined by the Contact Tracking Unit will be directed to the PCR test.
• Contacts showing signs of COVİD19 during isolation will report the situation to 1102.

SPORT

11. In the swimming pools, the training, competitions and rehabilitation of sports clubs performance swimmers and licensed swimmers can be carried out. People who work in swimming pools will wear masks. It was deemed appropriate for the swimming pools in the open area to work within the scope of the rules specified in annex-1. Beaches, on the other hand, have been deemed suitable to work within the scope of the rules specified in annex-2.
12. They will be able to continue their activities by continuous ventilation of indoor gyms (fitness, individual) and observing social distancing and hygiene rules. Only vaccinated persons will be admitted to indoor gyms. Employees are required to wear masks at all times.
13. In open competitions, spectators will be accepted within the scope of social distancing rules, and a third of the fields will be used in indoor competitions.

TRANSPORTATION

14. Passengers will not be allowed on the side of the drivers of the vehicles carrying buses, minibuses, taxis with “T permits”, tourist van permits, etc. In buses, minibuses and minibuses, passengers will be transported with a seating arrangement, leaving one back seat of the driver’s seat empty.

Truck drivers who enter the country for the purpose of shipping goods from our ports (Kyrenia and Famagusta) will present the PCR tests they have done in the last 72 hours. If the test times of the truck drivers exceed the last 72 hours, they will be able to enter provided that the antigen tests to be carried out at the ports of entry are negative. In addition, passengers can be entered from both ports according to the off-island entry criteria in Decision 1.

16. If the test times of the double-vaccinated flight personnel on air-arriving planes exceed the last 72 hours, they will be able to enter provided that the antigen tests to be performed at the airports are negative.

TOURISM

17. It was deemed appropriate to serve the hotel restaurants in a way that is 2m between tables and to serve the table, to provide food, beverage (including tea and coffee machine, water dispenser) service by the staff when there is a buffet, and to use disposable plastic materials during the service.

SECTORS

19. A maximum of one third of the closed areas of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, taverns, coffee shops, country houses, cafeterias and locales will be used. It will be placed 2 meters between the tables.

24. People who will enter our country due to IVF treatment will be treated according to the entry criteria specified in Article 1 and Article 2. People who are scheduled to go from quarantine hotels to IVF Centers for treatment purposes will be taken from the quarantine hotel for 3-4 hours with negative PCR or antigen test results performed in the last 72 hours and left to the quarantine hotel again after treatment. The responsibility of the person taken from the quarantine hotel will be entirely the responsibility of the Responsible Manager of the IVF Center. The commitment form prepared for each person to be taken from quarantine hotels and taken to the IVF center will be signed by the Responsible Manager and these forms will be submitted to the Coordination Board of the Ministry of Health when applying for a treatment permit.

ENTERTAINMENT/ORGANIZATION

25. If engagement, wedding, wedding, circumcision ceremonies, pre-wedding parties are held in open areas, one person per 2 m2 is held in closed areas, one person per 3 m2 will be accepted as a guest.

-Ceremony owners and their immediate relatives will perform PCR tests within the last 48 hours before the wedding date.

-Masks will be worn at ceremonies and parties, seating arrangements will be organized in accordance with the social distancing rule, no congratulations will be made, jewelry – money will be thrown into the chest. There will be no close-range games, halays and dances to disrupt social distancing.

26. Mass dance, ceremony, music, concert, action, rally, bingo, congress etc. will be organized so that one person per 2 m2 will fall according to the size of the open areas, and one person will fall every 3 m2 in the closed areas. The field will be accepted as many people as the specified number at the same time.
27. Half capacity of cinemas, indoor concerts and theaters will be used and there will be no eating and drinking in the halls. People who work in these sectors will wear masks.

OTHERS

28. Mass worship will be carried out by observing the social distancing, mask and hygiene rule and using a maximum of one third of the closed areas to be worshipped.
29. Workers’ yacht houses must be social distance and well-ventilated places within the scope of pandemic rules. Maximum attention will be paid to social distancing and hygiene rules in common areas.

30. Roadmap to Follow in Our Country Against covid-19 pandemic

*The criteria specified according to the general situation of the Covid 19 Pandemic in the world, variant spread, course in our country and vaccination rate of the country may vary.

ANNEX-1

Rules to Follow in Outdoor Swimming Pools

• Pool water chlorine level and pH should be ensured to comply with the levels specified in the “Regulation on The Health Principles to be Subjected to Swimming Pools”, measured periodically and recorded. It is recommended to chlorinate the pools at the highest possible value.
• Studies should be carried out to keep the chlorine level at an appropriate value during the hours of high temperature, when the chlorine level is likely to decrease.
• Those who have symptoms such as cough, runny nose and shortness of breath at the entrance to the pool area cannot use the pool.
• A personnel responsible for the operation of the pools is determined.
• The capacity of the pool areas is determined to be one person per 5 square meters.
• The social distance within the pool area is 1.5 meters. The distance between the relaxation chairs and sun loungers should also be at least 1.5 meters.
• In order to prevent overcrowding in these areas, pool capacity information is posted at the field entrance. A simple stimulus/blocker is put in place to prevent entry.
• At the entrances to the property, people must wear masks. Facility workers will wear masks all the time.
• It is mandatory for each guest to provide hand hygiene at the entrance to the pool. Hand antiseptic is kept at the entrance to the pool and in appropriate places.
• Social distancing rules are observed. People in the same family can be found together.
• Users take a shower before entering the swimming pool, hand and foot disinfection is carried out.
• Since COVID-19 increases the risk of contact, pools do not stay for long.
• Fabric cushions are not used on the sun loungers. If washable/wipeable cushions are used, the guest is cleaned after the use ends.
• Social distancing is observed in the use of changing rooms. The cabinets are cleaned after each use.
• People should be encouraged to bring/use their own beach towels. For those who do not bring it with them, towels are provided to the guest in a bag or by an on-duty staff member. Textile products such as towels are washed at least 60 degrees.
• When touching the plastic and steel surfaces in these areas, the face, eyes, mouth and nose are untouched, hands are washed with water and soap when touched, or hand antiseptic is used.
• Disinfection of pools and microbiological quality tests are carried out regularly in accordance with the legislation.
• There are no mass activities, exercises, diving lessons, etc. in the pools.
• Materials such as goggles, snorkels, pallets are not shared. Beverage cabinets and seating groups are often cleaned and disinfected. In addition, hand antiseptic is kept in an easy-to-reach way.
• If café and restaurant services are provided, it operates according to the previously established rules regarding these sectors.
• These areas are used under parental supervision as it will be difficult for children to maintain social distancing.
• General cleaning of these areas is carried out regularly with water and detergent every day. Dust-removing sweeping or high-pressure water or chemical spraying are not applied.
• Entrance doors to toilet areas should be converted to an automatic door system. If this is not possible, the handles of the entrance doors to the toilet area are disinfected very often.
• The floors of toilets, toilet bowls, urinals, sinks, faucet and battery heads, door handles are frequently cleaned and disinfected.
• Posters related to hand hygiene and hand washing are hung at the entrances to the toilet.
• Cleaning hours of toilets and sinks are recorded and visibly hung.
• Liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels are kept in the toilets all the time. Air-to-hand dryers are not used

Appendix 2

Rules to Follow on Beaches

• People must wear masks at entrances to the beach and swimming areas. Facility workers will wear masks all the time.

• At least one staff member responsible for all operation in the beach and swimming area is kept on a permanent basis.
• It is mandatory for each guest to provide hand hygiene upon arrival at the beach. Hand antiseptic is kept at the beach entrance and in appropriate places.
• Staff with symptoms such as cough, runny nose, shortness of breath and case contact cannot be employed. Guests with these symptoms cannot use the beach and swimming areas.
• Measures are taken so that the social distance between the people in the beach and swimming area is at least 1.5 meters.
• The distance between the sun loungers is also set at least 1.5 meters. The distance between the canopies is arranged to suit the distance between the sun loungers.
• The capacity of the beach and swimming areas is determined to be one person per 5 square meters.
• Locales are regulated in accordance with the rules of social distancing. Capacity is determined in the lodge areas to be one person per 2 square meters.
• Social distancing rules are observed. Guests staying in the same room in the same family or hotels can be found together.
• Capacity is determined according to social distance and size to prevent crowding in the beach area. Capacity information is posted at the beach entrance. Precautions are taken to ensure that guests who are over capacity do not use the area.

Additional 3 CONTACT VALUATION CRITERS

Close Contact (High Risk)

People who have contact with a COVID-19 patient without prevention (unmasked or inappropriate use of the mask) are considered to be in high-risk contact in the following cases. People who the COVID-19 patient has been seeing in the two-day period prior to the onset of symptoms, or those who have been seeing asymptomatic patients within the two-day period prior to the COVID-19 positive diagnosis date, are considered in close contact.

• People living in the same house as covid-19 patients,
• People who provide direct care to COVID-19 patients,
• People who face COVID-19 for more than 15 minutes at a time (speaking, eating/drinking, etc.) at a distance of less than 2 meters,
• People who face COVID-19 for a total of 15 minutes or more (e.g. three separate 5 minutes or more in a day) over a 24-hour period, at a distance of less than 2 meters with a COVID-19 patient (speech, eating/drinking, etc.),
• Those who live in the same room in the same house/dormitory as covid-19 patients,
• Students and teachers who share a class with students/teachers with COVID-19,
• People who have physical contact with COVID-19 patients (e.g. kissing, hugging, hugging, etc.),
• People who come into unprotected contact with the secretions of covid-19 patients (saliva, phlegm, etc.) or in cases such as sneezing and coughing of a COVID-19 patient,
• Persons who are indoors with COVID-19 patients, regardless of the 2 meter distance rule, who are in the same environment for more than 15 minutes (people who work in the same office with COVID-19 patient, people who share the same room in the dormitory or hotel, people traveling in the same vehicle, etc.),
• Passengers travelling on the same flight as covid-19 patients are those who sit in two front, two rear and two side seats (the nearest persons sitting in the front and rear crosses are also taken in contact if the person is sitting in the aisle).

Close contacts remain in quarantine for 7 days if vaccinated according to the deadline and 10 days without a vaccine. The last contact date of close contacts is considered to be day 0. If COVID-19 symptoms develop during follow-up periods in people with close contact, sampling is ensured by the filiation teams. In people who have close contact and do not develop symptoms during follow-up, control PCR is taken on the 7th day if vaccinated and on the 10th day if unvaccinated. The quarantine of close contacts is terminated according to the negative test result of the 7th and 10th days.

Remote Contact (Low Risk)

People who have contact with COVID-19 patients by taking prevention measures (wearing masks that comply with the rule to cover the mouth and nose) are considered to be in low-risk contact in the following cases.

• People who have been in the same well-ventilated indoor environment with COVID-19 patients wearing masks for more than 15 minutes,
• Students and teachers who share a class with students/teachers with COVID-19,
• Unmasked persons who have been in the same closed environment as covid-19 patients for less than 15 minutes, less than 2 meters away.

They are informed to keep track of COVID-19 symptoms for 7 days by continuing to work with the mask. They are asked to have PCR on the 7th day from the last contact date.

Quarantine Criteria at ContactEd Home

1. In order to carry out the application of home quarantine, it is mandatory to have a separate room, toilet and bathroom belonging to the person so that there is no contact with other individuals in the house (residence, dormitory, housing, etc.b). Otherwise, other individuals who are not in contact need to stay in another dwelling.

In cases where these conditions are not met, the contact person is quarantined in the hotel.

2. If there are > living at home who are 65 years of age and/or have a risk factor that may cause covid-19 to be severe, they will not be quarantined in the same house.
3. Persons living in public areas (housing, dormitories, military units, etc.b) and who use common areas by force cannot be covered by home quarantine. Home quarantine is applied in institutions that can meet the existing conditions in Article 1.

In cases where these conditions are not met, the contact person is quarantined in the hotel.

4. In the case of living in the same house and having more than one contact individual, home quarantine is applied in the dwellings that can meet the existing conditions in Article 1. If the conditions of the house do not comply with article 1, the home quarantine is applied if individuals have the opportunity to stay in a separate house.

In cases where these conditions are not met, the contact person is quarantined in the hotel.

5. If the contact person is under the age of 18 and can meet the conditions in Article 1 with a parent, a home quarantine is applied. If the conditions of the house do not comply with article 1, the home quarantine is applied if individuals have the opportunity to stay in a separate house.

In conditions where neither of these conditions is met, the contact person is placed in hotel quarantine with a parent.

6. In the presence of the contact, who is dependent on the care of another, home quarantine is applied.

The person who will provide maintenance tries to meet the conditions that exist in Article 1. The care provider must also comply with the rules of home quarantine. He cannot accept visitors to the residence where he is staying.

7. Hotel quarantine is also applied to people who do not wear wristbands or cannot wear wristbands for any reason in the wristband application.

Quarantine at home is when contacts live without leaving the house and without contact with other people in the house. Home quarantine begins with the negative result of the first pcr test after the contact date of the contact person. Vaccinated persons are vaccinated for the 7th time after the deadline. On the day, unvaccined people will be able to use the 10th day after the deadline. It is terminated by negative PCR test performed per day. The day after the last contact date is considered the first day.

** An important reason for quarantine is that you may be infected even if you show no signs of illness.

When a person is infected without knowing that they are sick or without any symptoms, they can infect others. Quarantine helps prevent the spread of the disease.

They will be taken care of in quarantine at home;

1. Quarantine covers 10 days after the deadline. Home quarantine is 7 days for people who are double-vaccinated and have spent 14 days after the 2nd dose vaccination date.
2. Visitors to the house are strictly not allowed. Family members do not enter the room where the contact person is located.
3. To increase air circulation, the window is opened for at least 15 minutes and the space room is ventilated.
4. Plates, spoons, forks, etc.b materials to be used by the contact person should be disposable if possible. If not possible, it should be washed in the dishwasher or at high temperature using gloves.
5. Textile products such as clothes, towels and sheets used by the contact person are washed with detergent at 60-90°C.
6. If the contact person tests positive for COVID-19, the areas where the person is located are disinfected. Disinfection is carried out with 1% diluted bleach (1 small cup of bleach is placed in 10 liters of water).
7. The contact person should call 1102 and inform them when they feel any symptoms (fever, cough, weakness, headache, etc.b).

ADDITIONAL 4 COVID-19 ISOLATION OF POSITIVITY PATIENTS AT HOME

Required home conditions

1. In order to apply home quarantine to positive persons, it is mandatory to have a separate room, toilet and bathroom belonging to the person so that there is no contact with other individuals in the house (residence, dormitory, housing, etc.b). Otherwise, other individuals need to stay in another dwelling.
2. The covid-19 positive person who is quarantined in the house is monitored with a wristband. Cannot leave the house during quarantine (can only leave in case of emergency according to the information of the quarantine center)
3. Visitors to the house where the Covid-19 positive person has been quarantined are absolutely unacceptable.

PROCESS OF THE DURATION

1- The person is informed that the test is positive by calling the staff of the Ministry of Health

2- It is said that it should not increase the infection by going to another test center and not doing a test repetition.

3-It is stated that they will come to the Pandemic Hospital at the time they are told and their evaluations will be made and accordingly it will be decided to monitor them at home or in the hospital. Information is obtained about close contacts in home and business social activities.

4- If it is decided to monitor it at home as a result of its evaluation when it comes to the hospital, the wristband is worn and the patient is sent home. If there are any problems, the phone number to contact is notified.

5-On the 10th day of the follow-up at home, the patients are given an appointment and the control pcr is made. If the test result is negative, the home quarantine is terminated or if it is positive, the test is repeated after 3 days.

5-If there is an increase in the symptoms of the positive person’s shortness of breath at home, chest pain and existing symptoms (fever, cough weakness, headache, etc.), they should call 1102 and inform.

Note If the Covid-19 positive person did not enter the quarantine alone due to the fact that he is a child or in need of care, when the patient’s test becomes negative, the person in the caregiver status is also tested for PCR. If the caregiver’s test is negative, the caregiver is placed in a 10-day contact quarantine.
