DP Women’s Organization demands the punishment of the criminals of the massacres

DP Women’s Organization headed by the Secretary General of the Democratic Party (DP) Afet Özcafer performed a commemoration ceremony in respect of the 8th March International Women’s Day with the families of the martyrs and the village people at the Atlılar and the Muratağa Sandallar Martyrdom.

The letter issued by DP Women’s Organization which is to be given to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was also read during the memorial ceremony.

In the letter, it is requested that those who are responsible for the massacres in Muratağa, Sandallar and Atlılar should be punished at the international court and the isolation and embargoes on Turkish Cypriot women should be lifted.
