The “Günsel” brand, which will be featured in the “London EV Show”, an electric car show in London that will continue for three days from December 14th to 16th, will represent the TRNC, the chamber said in a statement.
The brand was exhibited in Europe for the first time after Turkey, the statement said.
THE B9 is a 100 percent electric car.
It has a range of 350 kilometers on a single charge.
The engine of the vehicle is 140 kW. The speed of GÜNSEL B9, which can reach 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds, is electronically limited to 150 km per hour for safety and efficiency.
THE B9’s battery can be charged in just 30 minutes on a high-speed charge.
In case of fast charging, this period is 4 hours.
With the introduction of mass production in GÜNSEL, which has reached 250 employees, this number will rise to more than 1,000.
Agreements have been signed with over 800 suppliers from 28 countries for the production of GÜNSEL B9. GÜNSEL’s second model, the J9, will be produced in the SUV segment.
The design concept of the J9, which was also designed to be 100% electric, was also presented to the users. Günsel’s motto, which describes itself as “innovative, efficient and elegant”, is “keep the silence”.
Günsel’s production facilities and R&D center, located in the center of the Mediterranean sea and produced in an island country where the sun retains its power for almost the entire year, are designed to provide maximum benefit from daylight.
At the same time, the energy needed in the production process will be provided from the sun with solar panels to be placed on the roof of the facilities.
GÜNSEL aims to reduce carbon emissions from production to use to net zero by using electricity from solar energy in charging stations.
