    ADAPASS

    TRNC Covid: Committee have announced New Updates 1

    Adapass is the system that will electronically question the test and vaccination status of the persons who will enter the enterprises determined by the Ministry of Health.

    The criteria determined by the Upper House will be integrated into the relevant system. The QR code on the vaccination certificate of the persons will be queried from the Adapass system before logging into the designated locations/activities (it can also be written manually). If the necessary vaccination certificate and PCR tests are sufficient for the place/activities according to the rule determined and uploaded to Adapass, entry confirmation is given.

    In the following dates, people who enter the venue/sector/activities/activities will be questioned for adapass, so the following sectors must register on the adapass.gov.ct.tr/company/register site by 20/08/2021.

    Sectors: Bar and club, tavern, café, restaurant, supermarket, internet café, bet office, nightclub, barber, hairdresser, beauty salons, massage parlors, tattoo parlors, mass event sectors, store-boutique, cinema-theater halls, concert-exhibition, indoor gyms, indoor swimming pools, hotels, casinos, youth camps, wedding-engagement-circumcision ceremonies, bingo, indoor children’s playgrounds, places of worship

    Note: Sectors not mentioned above can also optionally register at adapass.gov.ct.tr address.

    RULES IN CLOSED SPACES;

    It is mandatory to comply with the mask and distance (1.5 meters) rules in all closed areas and criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 if it is determined that the specified rules are not observed.

    Businesses will arrange the total number of customers and employees to be 1 person per 5 m2. In order to maintain social distancing, these enterprises have to put the m2 areas and the plate indicated how many people can be in the enterprise at a time, including the employee, at the entrances of the enterprise and mark the places accordingly. In addition, hygiene and disinfection conditions must be applied both inside the workplace and at the entrances and exits, and it is the responsibility of the workplace to take and implement these measures.

    The rules to be applied will be supervised by the District Police Boards, municipalities and the General Directorate of Police.

    RULES IN OPEN SPACES;

    It is mandatory to comply with the mask and distance (1.5 meters) rules in all open areas and criminal proceedings will be taken in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 if it is determined that the specified rules have not been complied with.

    DECISIONS

    A) COUNTRY COLORS

    The criteria for extra-island entry into the country will be as follows. The country colors specified in the criteria will be updated every week.

    The current table and entry criteria for the color codes of the countries will be applied from the first Monday after publication by our committee.

    B) RULES TO BE APPLIED ACCORDING TO COUNTRY COLORS

    DARK RED;

    Persons with a history of travel to these countries in the last 14 days are prohibited from entering the country.

    Trnc citizens will be able to enter the Country with a negative PCR test result and a quarantine requirement for 14 days in the last 72 hours and upon arrival on the island.

    RED;

    ACHILLES OR DISEASED;

    Last 72 hours of negative PCR result before journey.

    5 Days Quarantine

    Note: Vaccinated persons from the UK (United Kingdom) will be able to enter the country without quarantine until 31.08.2021. A reassessment will be made on the specified date.

    7 Days quarantine

    Coronavirus tests will be applied to people coming from these countries at all entrance gates regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not

    GRAY;

    Regardless of whether it is vaccinated or not, entry to the country will be possible before the trip with a negative PCR result of the last 72 hours and a quarantine requirement of 14 days.

    As of 15.08.2021, people from dark red and gray countries who will present a student certificate to be notified by the Ministry of National Education and Culture or register new students will be able to enter the country with pcr and negative PCR test results and 14 days of central quarantine upon arrival.

    C) GENERAL RULES;

    If the individuals receive two doses of the aforementioned vaccines with different vaccines, they will be considered as vaccinated persons.

    People who have had Covid-19 disease and have been 6 months since will be considered vaccinated if they get 1 dose of the vaccine.

    Person who has had the disease: Presenting a positive PCR test result between 30-180 days before travel. They will be evaluated under the vaccinated person.

    Children under the age of 18 will be able to enter the country with their parents who have been vaccinated and have the disease as described above, according to the category of country they have come to, in accordance with the specified PCR test rules (children over 6 years of age).

    Passengers will be assessed according to the country in the highest risk group among the countries they have set foot in in the last 10 days.

    ISLAND IN-ISLAND BORDER CROSSING RULES

    Level 1 : No tests, no restrictions (0-74/100000 people in 14 days)

    Level 2 :7 negative Antigen or PCR test every 7 days (75-499/100000 people in 14 days)

    Level 3 : Double-vaccinated persons with EMA-approved vaccines as well as Sinovac, Sinopharm or Sputnik vaccines (Johnson&Johnson is 1. Dose vaccine), 14 days after the last dose vaccines, they can pass a 7-day negative rapid antigen test or PCR test.

    “Unvaccinated people can pass a 72-hour negative rapid antigen test or PCR test (including unvaccinated workers and health care workers).

    However, unvaccinated high school students and residents of Kato Pyrgos will be able to pass a 7-day rapid negative antigen test or PCR test. (500/100000 people in 14 days)

    *People who request to come to our country from Orange-Green Color Category Countries via Cyprus will be processed according to the country entry criteria specified in article “1 B” above. However, people who come from orange-green color category countries and stay in Cyprus for more than 10 days will be processed under the rules of Intra-Island Border Crossings if they request to cross into our country.

    • If the persons who come to Cyprus are in Cyprus for 10 days, they will have an intra-island border crossing rule, except for dark red and gray countries.

    • During the tourist tours to be organized by bus from Cyprus, unvaccinated tourists from orange and yellow countries will be able to pass daily provided that they present negative antigen tests made in the last 24 hours or negative PCR tests made in the last 72 hours.

    According to the above criteria, people who need to enter quarantine will be able to spend their quarantine periods at home at the specified residence addresses according to the country they come from with a wristband, provided that they show a residence address in our country and download the “Stay Safe Application” to the country. They will go to the residence addresses they have committed to in order to pass the quarantine periods either alone with their own vehicles or accompanied by a driver or by public transport, taxis and tourist vans determined by the Ministry of Finance. People over the age of 65 and those who go abroad with the board for health reasons will be able to download the “Stay Safe Application” upon arrival in the country.

    Children under the age of 12 will not be fitted with wristbands.

    People who do not have the above-mentioned rules, do not show a residence address in our country and want to come to our country will remain in central quarantine for 5-14 days according to the country they come from in the designated central quarantine hotels.

    Persons who do not comply with the rules of home quarantine will be sent to the central quarantine, the individuals will pay the quarantine fees themselves, and if it is determined that the specified rules have not been complied with, criminal proceedings will be taken in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018.

    People who have contact with covid-19 positive person in our country that requires quarantine will be subject to quarantine for 10 days. At the end of 10 days, isolation periods will be terminated if the PCR test result to be taken from contact persons is negative. People with double vaccinations who have contact with the Covid-19 positive person requiring quarantine will be subject to quarantine for 7 days. The process of quarantine with the wristband of contact persons will be determined by the contact team depending on the conditions specified in Annex 3.

    In our country, Covid-19 positive persons will be able to spend the quarantine process with their wristband at home depending on the conditions specified in Annex 4 if they deem it appropriate.

    A maximum of 4 times a day and 275 people at a time for the cruises to be organized in our country

    (excluding soldiers) and it is deemed necessary to accept passengers.

    TOURISM

    In order to benefit from hotel accommodation and/or hotel activities, it will be mandatory to request an antigen or PCR test within the last 72 hours if the logins are unvaccinated. It was deemed appropriate to serve the hotel restaurants in a way that is 2m between tables and to serve the table, to provide food, beverage (including tea and coffee machine, water dispenser) service by the staff when there is a buffet, and to use disposable plastic materials during the service. All Hotel/casino employees will wear masks and repeat PCR tests every 7 days.

    People who will come to our country with charter flights will be treated according to the criteria specified in the country categories. However, if they request to enter closed hotel tourism hotels, they can go to hotels that are closed hotel tourism with wristbands, regardless of whether they are vaccinated or unvaccinated. Vaccinated/unvaccinated persons who will come to closed hotel tourism can come on a scheduled or charter flight.

    Trnc citizens are not allowed to come to hotels with closed hotel tourism. (However, dual nationals can enter with the presence and presentation of their residence address in another country. If they do not comply with the specified rules, they will be placed in central quarantine).

    Hotels that wish to continue indoor hotel tourism will not accept outside customers (local or tourist) for the purpose of accommodation or for the purpose of using restaurants, cafes, beaches.b, etc. within the hotel.

    People entering the casino must be vaccinated. Unvaccinated customers will not be accepted. During their time in the hall, masks will be worn and social distancing rules will be observed.

    Sea cruise boats will continue to serve as passengers half their capacity. If the personnel on the tour boat are vaccinated, they will repeat their antigen tests every 14 days, every 7 days if they are unvaccinated. In addition, the commitment forms to be prepared will be signed and legal action will be initiated against those who are found not to have complied with the specified rules. Marinas will be open.

    EDUCATION

    When national publications and guidelines on education are examined around the world, it has been observed that schools do not constitute a center for public transmission and do not increase the risk of transmission in the country. When the studies and guidelines were examined, it was deemed appropriate to open the special education, preschool, primary and secondary 2021-2022 Academic Year within the scope of the following measures.

    Each school is obliged to create a School Pandemic Board. This board will work in coordination with the Ministry of Health and will consist of at least 2 people. The contact information of the responsible board must be forwarded to the Ministry of Health.

    Transportation

    Students, drivers and supervisors will wear masks on school buses.

    Hand disinfection will be available at the entrances to the school buses.

    Supervisors on school buses will question students about symptoms, and students with symptoms such as sore throats, coughs, etc. will not be allowed on the bus.

    School pandemic boards will be responsible for the disinfection of transport vehicles and the monitoring and supervision of other transportation-related measures.

    Students taken to school buses will be seated in the same seat every day on public transport.

    Mask

    All school employees (including transport staff) must wear masks.

    Students aged 6 years and over will be required to wear masks. Students between the ages of 2 and 6 are advised to wear masks in the classroom and indoors.

    Training on the use of masks will be given by the School Pandemic Boards.

    Students wearing fabric masks are required to wash their masks daily.

    Ins and Outs

    In order to avoid density at the entrances and exits of the school, officials will be determined by the school administration or the School Pandemic Boards. Entrances and exits will be provided by observing social distancing.

    Class

    Students aged 6 years and over working in the classroom are required to wear masks. Students under the age of 2-6 years are recommended to wear masks.

    Social distancing must be maintained within the classroom

    It is necessary to ventilate the classrooms and observe the rules of disinfection.

    Classroom teachers question students about symptoms at classroom entrances, including coughs, sore throats, etc. Students with symptoms will send them home.

    Disinfection

    Training on hand disinfection will be given by the School Pandemic Boards.

    Hand sanitizer should be placed where the school administration deems appropriate. (canteen, dining hall, etc.)

    Disinfection procedures specified in the booklet prepared by the Ministry of National Education and Culture must be observed.

    Disinfection within the school will be supervised by the School Pandemic Boards.

    Break

    In order to prevent congestion during recess, classes should be alternately recessed.

    In order to prevent congestion in the canteens, the necessary arrangements must be made by the school administration.

    In order to prevent congestion in the cafeterias, classes should alternately go between meals.

    Common Areas

    Toilets in the school will be disinfected frequently.

    In the teachers’ room, which is used as a common area, masks will be worn continuously and the social distancing rule will be observed.

    The teachers’ room, which is used as a common area, needs to be ventilated and disinfected frequently.

    School Pandemic Boards will be responsible for the supervision of common areas within the school.

    Events

    In case of mass activity within the school, mask and social distancing rules will be observed. These activities will be carried out by minimizing inter-class interaction.

    Disease

    Parents should be warned not to send children with symptoms such as cough, taste loss of smell, sore throat, etc. to school.

    Covid-19 Positive Patient and Contact

    The follow-up of Covid-19 positive patients and contacts will be managed in consultation with the School Pandemic Boards and the Contact Team of the Ministry of Health created in each school.

    Tests

    People who attend the school will repeat their antigen tests every 14 days if they are vaccinated and every 7 days if they are unvaccinated.

    School employees and students will be randomly tested by the Ministry of Health.

    It was deemed appropriate for apprentice students to start their education in the workplace depending on the sectors opened. The rules applied in the specified sectors will also apply to apprentice students.

    Higher Education Institutions can be opened within the scope of the plan to be made by the Ministry of National Education and Culture. Students coming from abroad will be able to enter according to the specified country entry criteria.

    As of 15.08.2021, people from Dark Red and Gray Countries who will present a student certificate to be notified by the Ministry of National Education and Culture or register new students will be able to enter the country provided that they remain in central quarantine for 14 days.

    It has been deemed appropriate to carry out the national/international exams to be held in our country within the scope of the following conditions.

    -The test takers and supervisors have negative PCR results made in the last 72 hours or antigen test results made within the last 48 hours,

    • Keeping doors and windows open continuously for the purpose of ventilation the exam area,

    • Use personal protective equipment of the persons who will enter the exam area during the exam,

    -Arrangement of tables in the exam area in accordance with social distancing rules

    -It was deemed appropriate to do so with the condition that disinfectant was placed at the entrance to the exam area.

    TRANSPORTATION

    Public transportation between districts and districts will be possible in all our districts. Passengers will not be allowed on the side of the drivers of vehicles transporting buses, minibuses, taxis, etc. In buses, minibuses and minibuses, passengers will be transported with a seating arrangement leaving one back seat of the driver’s seat empty and will be run at a capacity of 50%, with an empty filling.

    Truck drivers entering the country for the purpose of shipping goods from our ports (Kyrenia and Famagusta) will present the PCR tests they have carried out in the last 72 hours. If the test times of the truck drivers exceed the last 72 hours, they will be able to enter provided that the antigen tests to be carried out at the ports of entry are negative. In addition, the commitments to be prepared will be signed. In addition, passengers can be entered from both ports according to the off-island entry criteria in decision 1.

    Workers’ yacht houses must be social distance and well-ventilated places within the scope of pandemic rules. Maximum attention will be paid to social distancing and hygiene rules in common areas. People who stay in workman’s yacht homes are tested for antigen every 7 days if they are unvaccinated and every 14 days if they are vaccinated.

    The personnel working in the factories operating in our country would repeat their antigen tests every 7 days if they were unvaccinated and every 14 days if they were vaccinated.

    People who will enter our country due to IVF treatment will be treated according to the entry criteria specified in Article 1 and Article 2. People who are scheduled to go from quarantine hotels to IVF Centers for treatment purposes will be taken from the quarantine hotel for 3-4 hours with negative PCR or antigen test results performed in the last 24 hours and left to the quarantine hotel again after treatment. The responsibility of the person taken from the quarantine hotel will be entirely the responsibility of the Responsible Manager of the IVF Center. The commitment form prepared for each person to be taken from quarantine hotels and taken to the IVF center will be signed by the Responsible Manager and these forms will be submitted to the Coordination Board of the Ministry of Health when applying for a treatment permit.

    People who log into internet cafes will be recorded and will be able to use their computers for a maximum of 2 hours. If people who are admitted to the closed area are unvaccinated, they will be required to request an antigen or PCR test within the last 72 hours and wear a mask. People who are involved in these sectors will wear masks, and if they are unvaccinated, they will repeat their antigen tests every 7 days and every 14 days if they are vaccinated.     Bet offices will be able to continue their activities within the framework of the conditions specified in the prepared contract. One-third of the closed areas of the offices will be able to be operated. No food will be served at bet offices. If the accepted persons are unvaccinated, it will be mandatory to request an antigen or PCR test within the last 72 hours. People who are involved in these sectors are required to wear masks and will repeat their antigen tests every 7 days if they are unvaccinated and every 14 days if they are vaccinated. If it is determined whether it is mandatory to comply with the specified rules and if it is determined that it is not observed, criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018. In addition, these sectors will be made to sign a contract form.

    Those who will take part in nightclubs will be evaluated according to the criteria of the country of origin upon arrival. Accepted customers must be vaccinated. Unvaccinated customers will not be accepted. People working in these sectors are required to wear masks and will repeat PCR tests every 7 days.

    ART

    It was deemed appropriate to hold training of team sports and spectator competitions in indoor and outdoor areas. If the people admitted to the hall are unvaccinated, it will be mandatory to request an antigen or PCR test within the last 72 hours. The athletes and technical team who will participate in the trainings will repeat the PCR tests every 7 days. If it is determined whether it is mandatory to comply with the specified rules and if it is determined that it is not observed, criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018. In addition, a commitment will be signed.

    In the swimming pools, the training, competitions and rehabilitation of sports clubs performance swimmers and licensed swimmers can be carried out. If the people admitted to the hall are unvaccinated, it will be mandatory to request an antigen or PCR test within the last 72 hours. People who work in swimming pools are required to wear masks and will repeat PCR tests every 7 days.     It is deemed appropriate to train in boxing, wrestling and melee sports in open areas or in well-ventilated environments if possible. The competitions of the specified sports can be held in the open field. If the incoming audience is unvaccinated, it will be mandatory to request an antigen or PCR test within the last 72 hours. Athletes will repeat pcr tests every 3 days.

    In open spaces, spectators will be accepted within the scope of social distancing rules, and in indoor competitions, spectators will be taken in accordance with the social distance rule and a maximum of one third of the area will be used.     Indoor gyms (fitness, individual) will be able to continue their activities within the framework of the conditions specified in the prepared contract. These halls will be open from 06.00.     It was deemed appropriate to carry out youth camps with half capacity, social distancing, masks and hygiene rules. People who go to youth camps and are on duty must submit the last 72 hours of antgen or PCR testing.

    ENTERTAINMENT/ORGANIZATION

    Within the framework of the rules specified in the commitment to be prepared, it was decided to hold engagements, weddings, weddings, circumcisions and ceremonies to be held in open areas.

    -Engagement, wedding, wedding, circumcision ceremonies, pre-wedding parties will not be held indoors.

    -Bride, groom and first degree relatives will perform PCR tests within the last 72 hours before the wedding date.

    OTHERS

    It is appropriate not to hold actions, rallies and ceremonies in closed areas, and to carry out actions, rallies and ceremonies in open areas in accordance with the social distancing, mask rule.     ANNEX-1

    Rules to Follow in Outdoor Swimming Pools

    Pool water chlorine level and pH should be ensured to comply with the levels specified in the “Regulation on The Health Principles to be Subjected to Swimming Pools”, measured periodically and recorded. It is recommended to chlorinate the pools at the highest possible value.

    Studies should be carried out to keep the chlorine level at an appropriate value during the hours of high temperature, when the chlorine level is likely to decrease.

    Those who have symptoms such as cough, runny nose and shortness of breath at the entrance to the pool area cannot use the pool.

    A personnel responsible for the operation of the pools is determined.

    The capacity of the pool areas is determined to be one person per 5 square meters.

    The social distance within the pool area is 1.5 meters. The distance between the relaxation chairs and sun loungers should also be at least 1.5 meters.

    In order to prevent overcrowding in these areas, pool capacity information is posted at the field entrance. A simple stimulus/blocker is put in place to prevent entry.

    At the entrances to the property, people must wear masks. Facility workers will wear masks all the time.

    It is mandatory for each guest to provide hand hygiene at the entrance to the pool. Hand antiseptic is kept at the entrance to the pool and in appropriate places.

    Social distancing rules are observed. People in the same family can be found together.

    Users take a shower before entering the swimming pool, hand and foot disinfection is carried out.

    If café and restaurant services are provided, it operates according to the previously established rules regarding these sectors.

    These areas are used under parental supervision as it will be difficult for children to maintain social distancing.

    General cleaning of these areas is carried out regularly with water and detergent every day. Dust-removing sweeping or high-pressure water or chemical spraying are not applied.

    Entrance doors to toilet areas should be converted to an automatic door system. If this is not possible, the handles of the entrance doors to the toilet area are disinfected very often.

    The floors of toilets, toilet bowls, urinals, sinks, faucet and battery heads, door handles are frequently cleaned and disinfected.

    Posters related to hand hygiene and hand washing are hung at the entrances to the toilet.

    Cleaning hours of toilets and sinks are recorded and visibly hung.

    Liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels are kept in the toilets all the time. Air-to-hand dryers are not used

    Appendix 2

    Rules to Follow on Beaches

    People must wear masks at entrances to the beach and swimming areas. Facility workers will wear masks all the time.

    At least one staff member responsible for all operation in the beach and swimming area is kept on a permanent basis.

    It is mandatory for each guest to provide hand hygiene upon arrival at the beach. Hand antiseptic is kept at the beach entrance and in appropriate places.

    Staff with symptoms such as cough, runny nose, shortness of breath and case contact cannot be employed. Guests with these symptoms cannot use the beach and swimming areas.

    Measures are taken so that the social distance between the people in the beach and swimming area is at least 1.5 meters.

    The distance between the sun loungers is also set at least 1.5 meters. The distance between the canopies is arranged to suit the distance between the sun loungers.

    The capacity of the beach and swimming areas is determined to be one person per 5 square meters.

    Locales are regulated in accordance with the rules of social distancing. Capacity is determined in the lodge areas to be one person per 2 square meters.

    Social distancing rules are observed. Guests staying in the same room in the same family or hotels can be found together.

    Additional 3 Contact Home Quarantine Criteria

    In order to carry out the application of home quarantine, it is mandatory to have a separate room, toilet and bathroom belonging to the person so that there is no contact with other individuals in the house (residence, dormitory, housing, etc.b). Otherwise, other individuals who are not in contact need to stay in another dwelling.

    In cases where these conditions are not met, the contact person is quarantined in the hotel.

    If there are > living at home who are 65 years of age and/or have a risk factor that may cause covid-19 to be severe, they will not be quarantined in the same house.

    Persons living in public areas (housing, dormitories, military units, etc.b) and who use common areas by force cannot be covered by home quarantine. Home quarantine is applied in institutions that can meet the existing conditions in Article 1.

    In cases where these conditions are not met, the contact person is quarantined in the hotel.

    In the case of living in the same house and having more than one contact individual, home quarantine is applied in the dwellings that can meet the existing conditions in Article 1. If the conditions of the house do not comply with article 1, the home quarantine is applied if individuals have the opportunity to stay in a separate house.

    In cases where these conditions are not met, the contact person is quarantined in the hotel.

    If the contact person is under the age of 18 and can meet the conditions in Article 1 with a parent, a home quarantine is applied. If the conditions of the house do not comply with article 1, the home quarantine is applied if individuals have the opportunity to stay in a separate house.

    In conditions where neither of these conditions is met, the contact person is placed in hotel quarantine with a parent.

    In the presence of the contact, who is dependent on the care of another, home quarantine is applied.

    The person who will provide maintenance tries to meet the conditions that exist in Article 1. The care provider must also comply with the rules of home quarantine. He cannot accept visitors to the residence where he is staying.

    Hotel quarantine is also applied to people who do not wear wristbands or cannot wear wristbands for any reason in the wristband application.

    Quarantine at home is when contacts live without leaving the house and without contact with other people in the house. Home quarantine begins with the negative result of the first pcr test after the contact date of the contact person. It is terminated by negative PCR test performed on the 10th day after the last contact date. The day after the last contact date is considered the first day.

    When a person is infected without knowing that they are sick or without any symptoms, they can infect others. Quarantine helps prevent the spread of the disease.

    The contact person should call 1102 and inform them when they feel any symptoms (fever, cough, weakness, headache, etc.b).

    ADDITIONAL 4 COVID-19 ISOLATION OF POSITIVITY PATIENTS AT HOME

    Required home conditions

    In order to apply home quarantine to positive persons, it is mandatory to have a separate room, toilet and bathroom belonging to the person so that there is no contact with other individuals in the house (residence, dormitory, housing, etc.b). Otherwise, other individuals need to stay in another dwelling.

    The covid-19 positive person who is quarantined in the house is monitored with a wristband. Cannot leave the house during quarantine (can only leave in case of emergency according to the information of the quarantine center)

    Visitors to the house where the Covid-19 positive person has been quarantined are absolutely unacceptable.

    PROCESS OF THE DURATION

    1- The person is informed that the test is positive by calling the staff of the Ministry of Health

    2- It is said that it should not increase the infection by going to another test center and not doing a test repetition.

    3-It is stated that they will come to the Pandemic Hospital at the time they are told and their evaluations will be made and accordingly it will be decided to monitor them at home or in the hospital.     4- If it is decided to monitor it at home as a result of its evaluation when it comes to the hospital, the wristband is worn and the patient is sent home. If there are any problems, the phone number to contact is notified.

    5-On the 10th day of the follow-up at home, the patients are given an appointment and the control pcr is made. If the test result is negative, the home quarantine is terminated or if it is positive, the test is repeated after 3 days.

    5-If there is an increase in the symptoms of the positive person’s shortness of breath at home, chest pain and existing symptoms (fever, cough weakness, headache, etc.), they should call 1102 and inform.

    Note If the Covid-19 positive person has not entered quarantine alone due to the fact that he is a child or in need of care, when the patient’s test becomes negative, the person in the caregiver status is also tested for PCR.
