People over the age of 18 who come to the TRNC from outside via air, sea and island enter using land border crossings are required to fill out the “TRNC Passenger Entry Form” on the AdaPass website from Monday.
Those who have not been able to do so for some time are allowed to enter the country if they submit the necessary documents, while some obligations have been taken for the passengers coming to the country with the decisions announced by the Ministry of Health this evening of the Upper Committee of Infectious Diseases.
According to the decisions, those who will enter the country by air-sea routes and outside the island using land border crossings will print out this form by entering the adapass.gov.ct.tr address before the trip and filling out the “TRNC Passenger Entry Form”.
Passengers from the EU, the United Kingdom, Turkey and people with Adapass will also be required to download the QR coded vaccine certificate and the QR coded PCR result document from the camera of their tablet/mobile phone where the QR coded vaccine certificate must be installed where the vaccination certificate specified in the form to be filled in must be installed.
According to the decision, entry to the country with the TRNC Passenger Entry Form is mandatory and can only be used from tablets/personal mobile phones in order to register the QR codes of the documents required in the TRNC Passenger Entry Form.

And UK citizens must add “NHS QR Coded Paperwork,” the statement said, adding that passengers must bring them with them as the added paperwork will be checked upon entry.
Citizens of other countries were asked to add valid vaccination cards and/or PCR test results to the section specified in the AdaPass application and to carry the documents they added with them for inspection.
This application will be mandatory for ages 18 and up.
