Songs across the Divide 13

Combining Andrew Hubbard of Greek-Cypriot background, Mehmet Raif of Turkish-Cypriot background and the composer Melodi Var Ongel from Turkey, this is a unique concert.

The songs are based on stories told to Melodi by Cypriots who helped each other during the troubles, and stories of everyday people united in Cyprus.

Many heartwarming and emotional childhood memories make this an ideal pre-christmas concert to attend.

Refreshments and delicious Cypriot fayre are available from the cafe/kebab shop on the ground floor of the Centre. Entrance is free and by voluntary donation.
