Weak high pressure is affecting the area.
On Thursday, increased local cloud at intervals may lead to scattered, mostly light showers. Temperatures will rise to 23 C inland and on the coast and 12 C in the mountains.
Tonight will be partly cloudy. Temperatures will fall to 8 C inland, around 11 C on the coast and 4 C in the mountains.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday will see intervals of mainly fine weather and intervals of cloud. Scattered showers are forecast and on Sunday the Met Office is also forecasting isolated thunderstorms.
Temperatures will remain at the same levels on Friday, edging up on Saturday to a little above average for the time of year before edging down again on Sunday.
